After registering, you'll receive a Zoom link by email before the class. Just click the link at the scheduled time to join.

No prior experience is needed. My classes are open to all sincere seekers — whether you're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years. Each session is an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are and move deeper into your natural intelligence and Self-recognition.

All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space if possible. I recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in. It can be helpful to have a cushion (a couch pillow works) and yoga blocks nearby, but it’s not required.

I teach a Self-realization centered approach to yoga, rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga (vinyasa).
Classes combine movement, breath, and awareness to help you reconnect with your true nature — beyond technique or performance.

Classes are offered freely, with the option to contribute if you feel inspired. when you register for a class there is an option to donate. I also very much appreciate your sincere presence and consider that support in itself.
